NPL WORKSHOP

On October 18th, we organized an NLP workshop at the Antony Center. NLP or Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a motivational and communication model for achieving success in the fields of upbringing, education, business, sports, healthcare, and similar areas. Students, together with teachers, the principal, and workshop trainer Jelena Rogan, had the opportunity to learn about the basic concepts of NLP, how to distinguish factual descriptions of events from personal experiences. Each of us has our own image of ourselves and the world around us that doesn’t necessarily match the real world. Sometimes that image of the world can be a thinking pattern that doesn’t help us develop. NLP teaches us techniques that help us change our way of thinking on the path to success and realizing all our potential. The workshop took place in a relaxed but productive atmosphere, with students participating by asking questions and actively engaging in the discussion.
